The storm over a stabbing outside a Croydon games store that was selling Grand Theft Auto may turn out to be a media panic.
Early reports suggested a 23-year-old man was stabbed by a hooded man waiting with 100 others in line outside Gamestation store in Croydon, which began selling the new grand Theft Auto game at midnight.
But it has since emerged that the stabbing did not take place outside the store and had nothing to do with the people queuing for the popular game.
“The victim had categorically not pre-ordered the game – and GameStation is confident that he was not a GameStation customer; neither was he a part of the queue outside the Croydon store,” a source told the Games Radar blog.
The source also said that the stabbing did not occur outside the store, but a quarter of a mile away outside East Croydon station.

Seems this is the new idea these days. See it here in The Netherlands all the time.
Youngsters who are about or realy do something harmfull and them getting draged to all kinds of psychological exams.
What is this for sort of pampering????
We call it “The Dutch Disease” but more tot he point; it’s a “Liberal Disease” that infects more and more countrys.
I’ve realy had it with teens who are confined to getting pampered and eased with some bad thing that happened to them in their early childhood, (like, taking their toys away by a neighbour-kid), only to grow up and getting “help” for doing this kind of stuf.
Some 15 years ago, your parents would get you from the police-station and you would get punished some more at home. (The parents would comply with the police in stead of bad-mouthing them or worse like sewing the police or, too unfuckable believable for words, sew for millions.)
You’d never think again about pulling some more stupidity, you’d just would be very ashamed of yourself.
Your family would jump in, making you clear that what you did would never be repeated again.
You would get grounded for at least 2 months and would have to appologise to all those harm was inflicted upon.
You would get punished for what you did in a correct way, but NO WAY you would gain ATTENTION for what you did in a manner that would only confirm your behaviour!!!!!
