AQI Documents Found Along With Large Weapons Cache
Ramadi, Apr 25, - Policemen found on Friday large amount of heavy and light weapons and documents belonging to what is called the Islamic State of Iraq in al-Ratba city, said a police source.
“Police and security forces found this afternoon 150 mortar shells, 30 Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPGs), explosive belts, Kalashnikovs and TNT in a fuel station in al-Ratba city in Anbar province,” Raed Sabar al-Dulaimi told Aswat al-Iraq – Voices of Iraq (VOI).
“The forces found also documents belonging to al-Qaeda’s Islamic State of Iraq,” he added.
Al-Ratba city is located 500 km west of Baghdad.
