Easy and simple to blame parenting for the fall of this child. When this girl began to lose her way the parents should have acted sooner. But the girl should not have been preyed upon by others. The father tried to turn to the authorities for help.
After that he should have delivered justice himself.
I do not see prostitution as victimless crime.
