April 12th, 2008 at 1:37 pmAnimals are less conditioned and more perseptive then humans. They are still “close” to nature and “sense” what is already out of our reach by evolution.
I witnessed a simulair story at a friends house considering the death of a man and his daughters dog that loved this man dearly.
I had Arabian horses for 6 years and can write a book about their behaviour, “sensing” things that were beyond human reach. They were God’s gift of love to me and I still morn over their loss, although being grateful ’till my dying day I had the chance to spend my life with these angelic creatures. I’ve never felt closer to God.
Therefore it hurts me even more when I witness how some humans “take care” about their animals, asking myself often; who is the beast here?
Animals can teach us, all we have to do is listen……….
