When the Vikings under command of Danish King Canute conquered England, London was always the largest problem. But the Danes found out that in this kind of situtation the full scale tactic of isolation and starvation always works best. If you can get loyal Iraqi government army troops to secure the area you can break down their will to fight by daily tactical air raids tasked to wipe out pigman Al Sadir's command and control forces. Followed up with air drops of leaflets telling them their situtaion is hopeless and to surrender arms or face starvation. And that they are starving their neighbors with their own sick personal agendas. etc. Iraqi radio and TV should reflect these realities as well to prevent pigman al Sadir's forces from being cast as heros. And more importantly show finally that the Iraqi press can actually report the facts as they are. Headless, starving and vilified by their own self serving greedy, mentally ill actions this non human militant scum will have no choice but to lay down their arms and surrender.
