A friend, a white member of the NAACP and life long democrat is one of the most racist persons I know. Those kind of people are the ones that practice the soft racism of low expectations (to paraphrase President Bush) and think that ‘people of color’ need help to succeed, not believing in them as capable individuals because of their skin pigmentation.

Just to clarify something for you Mr. Pflegler (not a reverand in my book) the 60″s are over. They ended nearly 40 years ago. It is now 2008 and in order to find a man of color who speaks the “truth” along the same lines of Dr. King you will have to look to the Conservative/Republican side of the isle.
