That’s because there are more people than ever before that have an entitlement mentality. Personally I know several families on food stamps who don’t need them, they just get them because they’re eligible. One of these couples actually makes 75k a year together but the kids are from a previous marriage so they don’t count his income, just hers.
We are being fleeced.
