April 9th, 2008 at 10:09 amThe prosecuting attorney listens to the public outcry and makes recommendations to the court concerning the case, if the out cry is so large, the defense will say they can’t get a fair trial here and ask to move it somewhere else. So the public has a lot to do about whether or not they get tried as adults.

My heart goes out to her. I have real hatred for the other girls involved…if I were their parents I’d be putting my house up for sale and would never want to be seen again. As for punishment, they are old enough to be punished as adults and I hope they get the same as they gave.
