April 3rd, 2008 at 10:32 amI can see where this is a problem, just the other day in LA an old coot in his scooter same color was in a parking lot came scooting along in a car in a lane, but did not stop at the gargantuan painted STOP in white on the black asphalt. So the question is… to be, or not to be treated as a pedestrian. This does need to be hashed out they can’t have it both ways.
