BREAKING: 5 Shot Dead In Houston Home
Officers and homicide investigators find the bodies of five people, including three young children, with gunshot wounds inside a northeast Houston home.
The bodies were found at approximately 3:30 p.m. Saturday in a rural home located at the 10,200 block of Stonewood at Madera.
Houston police Lt. Dan Harris said a neighbor discovered the bodies when he saw the body of an adult male on the porch next to a .22-caliber rifle.
Harris said the bodies of a boy thought to be approximately 9 years old and an adult female were found in a shack on the property. The bodies of a boy thought to be about 5 years old and a girl thought to be about 4 were found in another shack on the property.
Police declined to speculate on possible causes of death, although they did say there were no obvious signs of a struggle.
