Much as I might agree with Cavuto’s message, the man is a pompous ass. His ridiculous sense of manufactured outrage is no different than Olbermann’s outrage at Bush’s having given up golf.
Why should we be surprised that the Arabs screwed us yet again? This is their history going back to the beginning of time. When you lie with dogs you get up with fleas.
So Cavuto can keep his moral indignation and knit sweaters with it for all I care. I can’t believe they pay this guy to shout at the rain.
(Incidentally, this is the same Neil Cavuto who said “They may not be crooks, they might just be bumblers” at the conviction of Ken Lay and the Enron crowd. He’s the first to rationalize misbehavior of American corporate execs, so I hardly find his self-righteous posturing on OPEC to be of much merit.)

May 20th, 2008 at 1:37 pmGood for Neil Cavuto, remind the self serving bastids that they will reap what they sew, friggin Saudi pigs!
May 20th, 2008 at 2:13 pmI say well done Cavuto. Speaking out about the one sided friendship we have with these evil bastards is not done enough in my opinion. People in power need to wake up and realize just what the Saudis are all about
May 20th, 2008 at 2:15 pmWell, I’ll say this … If you get Cavuto ‘cussing’ it must be costing him somewhere in his wallet …
May 20th, 2008 at 2:24 pmI hope this country gets up to speed with electric cars ASAP. Let the rag heads sell sand.
