May 27th, 2008 at 12:32 pmThis is a classic … One of the first of the Iraq War.
You know, ya hear the liberals and democrats bitching about what we’re passing onto the children and grandchildren … national debt, global warming, social security woes …
No-a-one of them understands that all of that means absolutely nothing if the Islamist Fascist movement gets its way … NOTHING.
So, while heart-tugging, I can’t help but think how that Dad (as are all dads … and moms … in the military) is doing what he’s doing … so his son or his grandchildren won’t have to …
The rest will take care of itself in due time.

May 27th, 2008 at 8:03 pmSome day that boy will have grown up and will be as proud of his father as I am of mine. It carries me through a lot. Kinda gives me something to shoot for.
May 27th, 2008 at 9:32 pmNow that, was a tearjerker, thankfully it had a happy ending.
