I gave up mailing Readers Post and other stuff as well. Didn’t get any reply for 2 months and so I decided “I didn’t matter anymore”.
I too felt ignored and unloved but I’ve beaten the hell out of myself for that, telling myself to grow up and get over it.
Now, I come here just now and then to sniff around a bit but won’t spend hours investigating and writing strong comments anymore, just to send them to “cyber-heaven”(?).(My mails won’t even get opened.)
I acknowledge and support the fact that YA is growing into something very big and extremely important. (Seems to me this is one of the few places where peeps still got their brains together.)
And, I still also inform those who have the guts and the balls to question the MSM e.g. to get over here and learn the truth.
But, it’s a pitty that those who where involved in this proces from the very beginning now lay down there powerful weapon; involvement in the fight for a mighty cause with all the strengt and means they posesse. (As did I.)
I didn’t want to bring it up but with Texas Mom adressing the matter, I felt I had a chance to speak out for myself.
With an official letter that arrived in my mail, telling me that the Sergeant-Major of the American Marines I had an intensive mail-contact with had died in action in Iraq reminding me that in a war the ultimate sacrifice has to been made in order to win, I understood that the road to victory is paved with the loss of good and strong warriors.
Everything that YA stands for is a fight along a hard road too and I’m aware that only victory counts just as the fact that sacrifices will have to be made in order to get there. Just, don’t forget those who “got lost” on the way.
The growth of YA and its cause could only mean that some would “stay behind”, that the crew would get lots and lots of work,(we all know Pat is working his but of), making it difficult to attend every one and everything the way it happened some 6 to 9 months ago.
Yes, I’m sad for I lost something extremely important in my life. But I wraped myself together again, aiming for other goals where my input can make a difference in a possitive way as well without me crying out loud in the middle of the dessert.
I hope you will be able to do the same thing. Never forget, you are loved, you are meaningful, you are needed. Hugs from across the Atlantic ocean.
I still have that one special e-mail you’ve send me. I hold it dear and I put it away in a box where I keep little things that are extremely important to me. (Like a letter my Battalion-commander wrote me from Afghanistan last October.)
It’s the kind of box you would think of to rescue from a fire in your house when nothing else can be saved anymore.

I am not sure what, if anything we can do about it but I have sent emails to Michelle Malkin, Melanie Morgan, Concrete Bob (Protest Warrior Chapter, DC) and Rochester Conservative. Please pass this on to any other groups you know about this.
I thought you should be aware of this if you are not already. This needs to stop. It makes my blood boil they are now confronting our men and women on their way to work. Not sure what if anything we can do about this.

Verbal assaults directed at uniformed [military] personnel
Washington D.C.
Dept of Transportation Federal Transit Administration sends:
Recently, there have been local incidents in which military personnel have been verbally assaulted while commuting on the Metro. Uniformed members have been approached by individuals expressing themselves as anti-government, shouting anti-war sentiments, and using racial slurs against minorities.
In one instance, a member was followed onto the platform by an individual who continued to berate her as she exited the
metro station. Thus far, these incidents have occurred in the vicinity of the Reagan National Airport and Eisenhower Ave metro stations on the yellow line, however, military members should be vigilant and aware of their surroundings at all times while in mass transit.
Should you be approached by any individuals expressing anti-government/anti-war sentiments, or any other types of direct verbal assault, immediately notify your local police jurisdiction. If riding metro, exit the train at the next stop, distance yourself from the individual, and notify the Metro Transit Police Department.
For this and any other suspicious activity, NGB personnel are also asked to notify the Pentagon Command Center at (703)697-1001, and the NGB Antiterrorism/Force Protection Officer, MSgt Cyril Charity, at (703)607-2396 or (571)239-1109 (after duty hours).
Here are a few friendly reminders of personal protective measures that can help you to stay safe:
-If possible, do not commute in uniform (military members) -Do not display DoD building passes, “hot cards”, or personal identification in open view outside of the workplace -Do not discuss specifics about your occupation to outside solicitors
-Always try to remain in well lit, well populated train cars if traveling via metro -Be vigilant at all times!

It is about them supporting and assisting passively in the spreading of terrorist ideology and propaganda that encourages others to join in the activities and jihad against the western world.
