The background is that supposedly McCain called his wife that one time when he was particuarly crabby and tired when she teased him about his hair. So maybe he's a gutter mouth. They seem pretty happy together so I guess she got over it if it did. Maybe it's a pet name kind of thing (kidding, kidding). The guy was just trying to get him mad. We're going to see more of that.
