What bothered me most about this is I would guess this is a predominately black school with minds already full of useless mush with many of the children from completely dysfunctional homes - fertile ground for recruitment of the bankrupt and false religion of pieces.

The principal should be fired immediately and the parents should demand this. I can virtually guarantee little or nothing will happen; another reason neither of my two daughters ever saw a public school until college.
