Pepper spray everybody, break the camera, then pistol whip the bastards-oops! that was MY dream coming out. I detest the media and would make thier lives as miserable as it is possible without actually killing them. If you should by accident happen to off one of them it should be a $25 fine.

As an Albuquerque resident I have to say that APD generally doesn’t have these kind of issues … unlike our Sherrif’s Dept who seem to live for this type of confrontation (especially with the Unser family http://autoracingsport.com/uncategorized/al-and-bobby-unser-arrested-for-ignoring-deputies/)

All-in-all if a cop tells you to move on press or not you have to obey. If you don’t you’re subject to arrest.

Please note that the report was from KOB Channel 4 and it was their guy who got arrested so take the story with a grain of salt. Secondly, notice that all you saw was their feet and legs … the video is not conclusive of anything.

But that’s just my opinion..
