June 26th, 2008 at 3:35 pmI’ve heard people argue in the last couple days that if the SCOTUS had ruled the other way in this case yesterday that it would provoke child rapists to then kill their victims in order to fit the punishment … Bunch of fucked up logic.
However, what this bastard said in the video only leads me to believe not only woth the defense lawyer ‘rape’ the poor child victim again in cross on the stand … but make the poor child wish they WERE murdered/dead …
