    I watched this match yesterday.

The Germans will never loose to Poland.

  2. Tom in CO (now in Ireland!)

Nor will they ever lose to Poland either. I missed the match, but always nice to see Germany destroying the Euro Cup! Seeing a lot of the matches in the pubs right now, loads of fun.

How does France look this year?

    Thiery Henri playing?

It was nice to watch yesterday. Then I turned the NBA Finals on and groaned. What a difference

    Completing the thought

So this weekend NBATV had on the 1984 Game 5 Championship between LA and Boston.

Wow THAT was basketball. Total professionals playing the game the way it should be played. No travelling, double dribbling hand checking etc. They made it look effortless
to score a basket. All the players were smooth and respected each other. No stupid screams and idiots acting like they were God because they dunked the ball.

I was a 76er fan from 1977-1986. Great stuff to watch again and a real eye opener.

WJC, Thierry Henri has been wounded or ill he is in the reserve (ie my hubby)
