Lithuania is an EU country and its justice system is no different from those of other EU countries such as in Scandinavia and Western Europe. A small handful of people – of all religions and ethnic backrounds – get involved in atrocities during wartime. The real culprits (Germany AND Russia) are those that set the stage by invading their neighbours. Read about the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact of 1939, when Hitler and Stalin were buddies. George S.
