I guess it shows how effective 'Western' counter-terrorisms measures have been if all they can do is randomly call numbers hoping to entrap someone. Then again, since here in America we have outsourced most of our telemarketing jobs, no doubt the distinctively arabic sounding fellow was fully trained in telephone etuquette and sales somewhere in India and probably obtained otherwise restricted phone numbers through there.
