Filthy goat fuckin’ traitorous son of a bitch. Too bad he gets killed only once. Let’s just kill every damned one of them.

God! My heart is broke right now …
Maj. Bauguess’s legacy?
Time and again they prove they truly are “so-called friends” …
June 27th, 2008 at 3:32 pmListen to the widow, she acknowledges the personal loss to her and her daughters, but she also acknowledges the loss to our nation. Even after the loss of her husband and the daddy to their little girls she can see beyond their personal needs to the needs of the country they serve. When I say ‘they’ serve I mean all the members of his family who loved and supported him and gave him the strength and purpose to fight for us.
He now rests amongst the brave Americans who stood for us in this time of need.
Godspeed to his family as they carry on the mission of family with out him.
Rest in Peace brave soul.
Thank you.
June 27th, 2008 at 3:53 pmSounds like we lost a good one. I just wish I knew who to trust. The pakistani gov’t has been helpful, but the people are harder to control

June 27th, 2008 at 6:11 pmThis one really pisses me off.
I “met” then-Captain Bauguess one dark early morning at JRTC. We of 3/502 had air-assaulted into The Box early. Three hours early. It was the second of February, I think, but I do remember it was 14 degrees. We caught the defending 1/509th still in their sleeping bags. I quietly approached one, and with the O/C’s concurrence, “killed” the occupant. He blew up in a fit of anger that “hand to hand combat wasn’t authorized”, but the O/C ruled it a legal capture and kill. We figured out quickly we had the commander and XO (was in the bag next to him) of D 1/509th. Off to 72 hours in the PHA (personnel holding area) with them, and on to the next objective for us. Made a great story I’ve told several times since.
Well, years later I’m telling this story to another officer who’d been in D 1/509, and he responded with “Oh my God, you’re the guy who killed Larry Bauguess!” “Who?” “That was his name.”
“Sir, I’d like to look him up and apologize for trying to rip those red-starred OPFOR jump wings off him after the knifing.”
“You can’t. He was killed in Afghanistan last month.”
June 27th, 2008 at 6:51 pmThis is all Jimmy Carter’s fault.
June 27th, 2008 at 7:04 pmNot retracting from the legacy of Major Bauguess but I just heard this on Mark Levin and thought it was poignant enough to post here. http://marklevinshow.com/ on the 27 June show at 37:50 minutes in you will here a tribute to our heroes you will not here anywhere else.
God Bless Major Bauguess and his, and God Bless all that serve yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Thank you O God, for such men as Army Major L. Bauguess and my oldest son LCpl. Eric Dean Hillenburg (KIA Fallujah, Iraq 12-23-04)
June 28th, 2008 at 7:08 amTo Dr. Jerry, thanks and I am sorry
June 29th, 2008 at 2:53 amThis shows the length we go to, accomplishing a mission and the trust we put into another person. I was very upset to hear of the MAJ’s death, and him being a PARATROOPER hits home even more, But if they were able to continue the primary OBJ, with the local leadership, his death will not have been in vein.
