CNN: Jesse Jackson On Hussein “He’s Cutting Off His Nuts With Blacks” - With Video
Wolf Blitzer said “The comments are so crude we can’t repeat them on the air.” But Hannity and Colmes got ahold of the suppressed tape and will air it tonight.
Politico:
Jesse Jackson appeared by phone this afternoon on “The Situation Room” to discuss comments that he made in front of an open microphone, which he now calls “crude and hurtful.” In the remarks, Jackson voiced criticism of how Barack Obama was speaking to the black community.
“Its so crude we can’t repeat it on the air,” CNN’s Blitzer just said.
But apparently, Fox has the tape, and it will be played tonight on Hannity & Colmes.
Earlier, Jackson sent a statement to CNN about the remarks.
“For any harm or hurt that this hot mic private conversation may have caused, I apologize,” Jackson said in a statement issued to CNN. “My support for Senator Obama’s campaign is wide, deep and unequivocal. I cherish this redemptive and historical moment.”
“My appeal was for the moral content of his message to not only deal with the personal and moral responsibility of black males, but to deal with the collective moral responsibility of government and the public policy which would be a corrective action for the lack of good choices that often led to their irresponsibility,” Jackson also said.
“That was the context of my private conversation and it does not reflect any disparagement on my part for the historic event in which we are involved or my pride in Senator Barack Obama, who is leading it, whom I have supported by crisscrossing this nation in every level of media and audience from the beginning in absolute terms.”mptive and historical moment.”
haha! looks like obama got thrown under sharptons bus, and sharpton’s gonna get thrown under obams bus!!
July 9th, 2008 at 1:05 pmWell Rev. Jackson, you ‘ripping Obama’s nuts off’ might be historical as well but certainly not good for Michelle, her kids and certainly not for all the ‘nuts admirers’ of the DEM PR machin… er, MSM.
July 9th, 2008 at 1:12 pmHuh… gives a whole new meaning to… bussing.
July 9th, 2008 at 1:26 pm…Or… “That’s some-a-spicy-meat-a-BALL!”
I can say it. I’m guinea. Dago. Wop. GreaseBALL (my fave!)
July 9th, 2008 at 1:28 pmder. i meant jackson - they’re both synonymous with asshole in my book so i get them confused
July 9th, 2008 at 1:30 pmLove how Jackson characterizes the comment as private.
Public comment = lie
Private comment = truth
July 9th, 2008 at 1:57 pmThe POTUS is not supposed to represent one group of Americans, but ALL Americans, “Rev.” Jackson.
July 9th, 2008 at 2:09 pmDid the “sometimes spiritual advisor and love child making sex counselor” happen to mention the word uppity and nigga together? I know that the F, C, or S word is considered crude by CNN standards anymore so I have to figure for the enlightened to squelch the remarks, it had to use the dreaded ‘N’ word somehow.
SHAKEDOWN BABY!
July 9th, 2008 at 2:09 pmJJ & BO, what a pair!
Now BO will shift left and continue to cut his nuts off in the white community, the sane white anyway.
Liberal whites are already nuts for the nutless one.
July 9th, 2008 at 2:14 pmThis idiot has no reason to be called a reverand. This is a joke with this race baiting asshole
July 9th, 2008 at 2:30 pmIn my humble opinion, Michelle Obama cut the Messiah’s nuts off long ago. She, like Hillarity, probably has a testicle lockbox for which she, and only she, has the key.
July 9th, 2008 at 2:42 pmblack on black crime
July 9th, 2008 at 2:57 pmI am so glad that Jackson supports the neutered O’bambam.
July 9th, 2008 at 2:59 pmO’bambam I love the fact that you associate with the fake and depraved Jackson.
Jackson is no more a reverand than Michael Jackson is a “normal heterosexual” man.
Keep digging that political hole for yourself O’bambam. Good job!
It’s hard to believe that Rev Wright and Rev.Jackson and all the rest of Obama’s spiritual advisers are actually on his side.
Why would anyone want to go to a church with Obama’s posse in leadership. Wright, Jackson, Pleager etc, etc, etc
I bet this goes on until the election.
It is hard to believe that this is the Dems best.
July 9th, 2008 at 3:45 pmhe is saying that the language he used is typical of the language and intent of the ‘black america’.. did he ever anwer wolf????
