July 16th, 2008 at 4:08 pmI think it is from some time in 2007 judging by the tagline at the bottom of the frame that states the pentagon is ‘extending’ tours to 15 months. The pentagon backed that down to 12 months earlier this year. Plus he is being described as just ‘presidential candidate’ instead of something like ‘presumptive republican presidential candidate’. And he was in Cincinnati today adressing the NAACP.
