New Gallup Poll: U.S. Military Tops Public Confidence In U.S. Institutions, Congress at Very Bottom
So the Gallup Pollsters took their annual poll on “Public Confidence in U.S. Institutions” and guess who came out on top?
That’s right, the United States Military.
/Salute. But don’t get cocky, it is as it should be. There should be no other institution in America that the public has more confidence in.
Be proud.
Here’s How the rest of the poll broke down:
So no matter what kind of spin the Mainstream Media tries to put on things, this is the fact:
Congress is dominated by the Left, Liberal, Democrats who want to get elected to have staf/srvants, to be served all the perks, and line their pockets with lobby money. People know this and they are at the bottom of the confidence list.
The U.S. Military is dominated by people who prefer to serve their country, motivated by Love of Country, willing to go 6,000 miles away from home, wives, kids, sweethearts, parents, friends & extended family and put their lives on the line to fight the true evil that is trying to take over the world. People know this and they are at the top of the confidence list.
Draw your own conclusions.
With good reason, too. Hell yeah!
What’s this, Americans don’t throw President Bush under the bus?! This is the vast right-wing conspiracy, at it again!!!
July 1st, 2008 at 1:52 pmGiven that the media also falls in the bottom four, I’m surprised that they reported the results.
July 1st, 2008 at 1:54 pmthe thing that amazes me is how the democrats still try to blame Republicans including president Bush for all the problems even though they hold majority.
well eat this Reid and Pelosi..the American public has bitch slapped you again
July 1st, 2008 at 3:03 pmsince the fall of the republicans in 2006..

July 1st, 2008 at 3:18 pmKurt(the infidel) The excuse that the left is using is that their so-called policies have yet to take effect since they have only been in control for 2 years. The truth is their lack of meaningful policies and those they have passed have done nothing but tax us more and raise the cost of living is inconsequential.
July 1st, 2008 at 6:20 pmIsn’t ironic that the liberals in Congress spend much of their time on TV News and in newspapers, attacking the Military, harming small businesses (through tax increases), and denigrating the church (gay marriage). Congress and the MSM continuously target our trusted institutions.
July 1st, 2008 at 7:56 pmWho ya gonna call? Petraeus, or Pelosi? Hmm, lessee now …
July 1st, 2008 at 8:55 pmi’m glad to see church is so high on the list…
