Whoopi vs Hasselbeck On “Nigger” Double Standard - With Video
I don’t watch The View, I remember thinking how hot Elizabeth was when the very first Survivor came on, and I remember when Whoopi Goldberg was a stand-up comic named Whoopi Cushion.
However, there was an exchange that made news today, and it falls within the realm of a double standard on a racial slur:
The fukn “N-Word”…this is a relevant topic, especially during a Presidential campaign peppered with racial undertones and racial overtones and open microphones and a perceived “Do as I say not as I do” attitude with regard to this word.

And if I use a word EVERY FUCKING SENTENCE, I don’t complain when other people use it. I think that was what caused Dave Chappelle’s breakdown. He realized he was probably more responsible than any other individual for spreading the word ‘nigger’ everywhere.
Rap and hip-hop are what really spread it, though, along with the ‘black community’ deciding that becoming a drug dealer or whore were perfectly acceptable career choices. Once that happened, was it really so surprising that they’d use the most degrading name to describe themselves? And sometimes I think half the reason for using it is to bait whites, especially guilty whites, into using it so they can profess outrage and demand concessions. I think Whoopi was trying to do that to Hasselbeck and Baba Wawa.

Despite what the fuckin liberals say about “the human race is one race,” it is clear that different groups of people are just that — different. As for saying “nigger,” I dont care. As long as such a gross double standard exists, I’ll probably use the word more. People of every race use it, cry me a river if you get offended.
