Several years ago I had a subscription to “Flying” magazine.
In one issue they had a lengthy story about the “Angel Flights”. It damn near brought tears to one’s eyes what these private pilots do in this program and who they do it for.
Because it’s not a government program, that I know of, it’ll be interesting to see if my local paper, which I’m about to cancel, will even bother to mention this tragedy.
