I have a neighbor who mows the yard at this vacant house he owns maybe once a month - the grass gets about 18″ tall before he’ll come out to mow it. It’s funny watching him try to mow that mess with a plain old mower, he has to stop about every two feet to unclog it. He just mowed it again Friday, and as usual didn’t clean up the cuttings either.
