She’s apparently doing some interior design work for Pat and came over to “discuss” the job.
She was wearing a bikini top, very tight, low-ride jeans and had sprinkling of glitter on her skin from her waist to the top of her “enhanced” breasts.
Pat had to leave the show twice to go deal with her.
From what I know about women it seems that the second time Pat left the show was enough validation for Glitter Girl that Pat thought she was hot. Which is why she was dressed that way for a business meeting.
