shouldnt people with HIV be given some form of treatment that keeps them from being able to have sex? at least until they come up with a cure for it. is that mean on my part for even mentioning it? im not trying to be, just saying that the evidence is heavy in saying that people with HIV in alot of cases keep having sex and dont even tell the other person even when they know they have it.
