Idiotic Quote Of The Day: More Liberal Democrat Palin Attacks - Update Video - Guess Who Her Hubby Is
This is from South Carolina Democratic Chairwoman, Carol Fowler:
“Palin’s primary qualification seems to be that she hasn’t had an abortion.” Video Here.
Man I really need to get a dvr or tivo unit, they just questioned Obama’s campaign spokes person about this on Foxnews and man did she stammer all over herself on this one and the lipstick comment. It was like watching a female version of Bagdad Bob.
September 10th, 2008 at 12:06 pmThe problem is the left say they want women to have a choice but only as long as it is the choice they want her to make. Sarah Palin made a chice.. it was her and her husband’s CHOICE to have that sweet little boy and to bring that blessing to their family. Personally I would have made the same choice.
Do you really think under Obama’s healthcare plan they are going to give women the choice to have “imperfect” children? I see where National healthcare can take us and I do not like it.
September 10th, 2008 at 12:20 pmREALLY!!?
September 10th, 2008 at 12:20 pmFortunately Carol Fowler will never have to get an abortion because she is too butt ugly to ever have a chance at pregnancy.
I have never seen such a kind and wonderful person
scare so many people at once and in such a short time. Hussein is beside himself cause he has lost the spotlight and the election. John McCain and Sarah Palin will change Wasington.
There are many “Good Ole Boys and Girls” up in Washington who are not going to like that. I hope the Secret Service is watching Sarah real close…
September 10th, 2008 at 12:21 pmFront runnerin the DFC award.
September 10th, 2008 at 12:21 pmSo I guess Obama’s qualification is that his mother didn’t either?
September 10th, 2008 at 12:22 pmWell, look at her. Who in their right mind would bed THAT?
It would take a lot of and even then I don’t know.
September 10th, 2008 at 12:22 pmContrasting to Carol Fowler’s only personal qualification in that she is an abortion.
September 10th, 2008 at 12:24 pmWomen in high-stakes politics bring out the worst in a lot of people. A woman is “butt ugly” (if you don’t like her politics and she isn’t poster girl attractive) or a “bimbo” (if you don’t like her politics but she is poster girl attractive). People makes jokes about Hillary’s pantsuits when she wears ‘em, and about her ankles when she doesn’t. It gets very, very tired to see women in politics criticized first and foremost for their appearance. There’s lots to criticize in what Carol Fowler said. Why can’t you stick with that, instead of going at her the same way the loony left are going after Sarah Palin?
September 10th, 2008 at 12:33 pmNo. Palin’s primary qualification is that she has reached the age of 35 and is a natural US citizen.
Her primary disqualification is that she is a poster child for the successful woman that NOW is always touting, but she isn’t a liberal. She is also a Christian.
The bigotry and vituperousness of the libs and feminazis is
a testament to their long-standing hypocracy on women. Conservative, successful women are just untermenschen.
It only goes to prove that NOW and liberal women began with a lie as their starting point and have now ended up back where they started. Only it is no secret anymore.
The real intollerant racists and misogynists are libs like the hose-bag above. Small wonder why McCain-Palin are doing so well in the polls.
September 10th, 2008 at 12:36 pmDeer-In-The-Headlights Mzzz. Carol Fowler,
Thank you soooo much for proving EVERYTHING I have said totally, completely and undisputedly RIGHT about you fembots’ and the left’s treatment of Gov. Palin.
September 10th, 2008 at 12:52 pmWhy are dems so enamored with abortion? Oh wait–they worship the culture of death that’s right.
September 10th, 2008 at 12:54 pmI just heard on the radio (Sean Hannity) that some moron said, “Mrs. Palin needs to be reminded that Jesus Christ was a community organizer and Pontius Pilate was a governor.”
OK, that proves the Demo-puking-craps believe Obama is the Lord Barry Obama, Messiah, Savior of the Universe!!!

September 10th, 2008 at 1:03 pmDo they honestly think people will go “wow, okay, I’m voting for BO”? By the way, the Jesus is a community organizer was said on the house floor today. There is a C-Span video of it.
September 10th, 2008 at 1:13 pmLaura, you are correct in that a woman’s physical appearance is what is judged first. As a man, I can’t do anything but apologize that this is how we are. However, had Fowler not made such a remark, no one on here would post statements such as Fowler looks like the love child of Janet Reno and Bill Clinton
September 10th, 2008 at 1:23 pmYou Dhimmis are AWESOME!!!
September 10th, 2008 at 1:29 pmTHANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!!
Got any more????
I LOVE the sounds your ‘party’ makes imploding!!!
Monkey3531
So are you admitting that men use the same low, despicable tactics that you are criticizing the dhimmicrats for??
September 10th, 2008 at 1:29 pmno, what i’m saying is that I use the same low, despicable tactics that the dhimmis use. i currently and sadly reside in the state that douchebag Hussein represents in the Senate, i will vote for McPalin on 4 Nov but something tells me the electoral votes from my state are going to douchebag Hussein.
September 10th, 2008 at 1:40 pmwhat difference does it make if some average guy such as myself posts some goofy ass comment on the appearance of this Fowler woman?
September 10th, 2008 at 1:41 pmMonkey3531
The thought police are EVERYWHERE man.
September 10th, 2008 at 1:45 pmLaura… do you really want to get into a debate regarding the tendancy of all humans to judge other humans based upon thier immediate visual impression? Its not relegated to gender nor political affiliation. It is a proven sociological inclination to apply different standards, and confidences based upon appearence. Close you eyes and envision a fighter pilot….. now close your eyes and envision a nurse….. and now a football player… and now a gymnast…. and now a tennis player. STOP….. was the gymnast male or female? If your honest with yourself I bet it was a female and I bet she would be considered attractive.
September 10th, 2008 at 1:47 pmAnd the fact that Ms. Fowler is a visually unattractive female… isnt dispicable…. its the truth.. She is UGLY on the outside. And due to her completly idiotic comment, it isnt unreasonable to believe that she is UGLY on the inside. As her comment wasnt only stupid but ugly.
How many Govenors have been president? And if they were qualified to be POTUS why wouldn’t Palin be qualified to be VPOTUS.. and please leave all the speculation of McCains health out f it… this isnt a but it question. Why isnt she qualifed (as a govenor) to be VP, when many Govenors have been POTUS?
September 10th, 2008 at 1:53 pmLaura, do you teach “Sexual Harassment” classes for a corporation?
You know, those “corporate professional” classes they send all of the evil, white men (but never the executive white male) and they are subjected to a weekly beat down of submission, taught by scorned women with bad haircuts? You know, where they teach the line that all white men are oppressive, Conan the Barbarian types, marriage is for the weak and women having sex is like being raped?
I concede the legitimacy of some of your point but you’re coming across as a major party pooper.
September 10th, 2008 at 2:01 pmGoodbye Natalie……….How the hell do you know what its like at my work?????????? Its like you work here!! Ha
September 10th, 2008 at 2:41 pmI call the scorned women with bad hair cuts the vagina mafia……I almost fell out of my seat laughing when I read that……too true.
Give the ole bird a break, her PUSSY IS SCABBED SHUT
September 10th, 2008 at 4:18 pmSo a professional woman who worked very hard in a male-dominated profession to get to where she is and who is sick of hearing women in politics being attacked for their appearance instead of their ideas can’t possibly be conservative? That’s me, GN, and my profession is most certainly not teaching harassment classes.
You’re as bad as the damn democrats.
September 10th, 2008 at 4:36 pmLaura,
You’re as bad as the damn democrats.
You cut me to the bone. However, now that it’s clear you’re a man hating woman with a chip on her shoulder, you must be a card carrying member of NOW. Welcome Patricia Ireland.
September 10th, 2008 at 5:22 pmGN - you don’t get it, do you? You are making the same argument about me that the dhimmis are making about Sarah Palin! They say she isn’t really a woman because she has so many kids and is opposed to abortion (and isn’t a liberal). You’re saying I must be a liberal because I’m a woman who is sick of seeing sexist crap replace critical commentary when the targets are women.
Excuse me, but haven’t you read the news this week? A LOT of women of all political stripes are getting real tired of the way Sarah Palin has been attacked. If you can’t get your head around the idea that attacking Carol Fowler in THIS WAY is a disgusting display of the same tactics, then I’d given you credit for more intelligence than you have.
If you think being conservative means that attacking a woman’s sexuality is a great response to her dumb politics, then you are just as deluded and off base as the so-called feminists who think you can’t be a feminist or a “real woman” unless you’re a Democrat.
You don’t define me.
September 10th, 2008 at 5:42 pmOne more thing, GN. Why do you think that a woman who doesn’t like to see women in politics attacked using sexual slurs is a “man-hating woman”? I haven’t given the women doing the same thing to Sarah Palin a pass, so does that make me a “woman-hating woman”, too? Or maybe a “man-hating-women hater?” McCain’s campaign has complained about the attacks on Sarah Palin. Doesn’t that make his campaign a “man-hating campaign”?
September 10th, 2008 at 5:49 pmLaura,
It’s blatantly obvious you don’t like men - I don’t care your political convictions. Defining yourself Conservative doesn’t mean you can’t be a witch.
I guarantee you a million bucks that those “awful” men you work around quietly hate your guts…and would define you as a whining victim with an agenda. I doubt they’re blown away with your self-defined brilliance either.
Trust me, your type is a bigger pain in the ass to the typical male than any Dhimmicrat.

My answer (since my first one probably went over her head)
The reason for the attack on Fowlers appearence is easy … because after reading her ugly ass comment… when one see’s her image, the first thing that comes to mind is that she is as ugly as the words she said. They match!
And I disagree that the FIRST thing that anyoen does with a women in politics is comment on thier appearence. Normally it takes some kinda of catalyst…. oh .. like I disagree with something she said…. If Fowler was HAWT… I would have been like .. damn she’s hot on the outside.. but ugly on the inside…
September 10th, 2008 at 6:25 pmThe fact that Carol Fowler is ugly as hell on the outside is beside the point. What she has said is an ugly personal attack, that has no basis in reality. Palin’s record is easily accessible, and in terms of executive experience, she probably outdoes even McCain. Fowler is regurgitating a tired Dhimmi talking point, but has chosen to do it in a way that is a disgusting jab at the personal convictions of Mrs Palin - showing that in fact, she may be even uglier on the inside
September 10th, 2008 at 6:33 pmAs Sully said earlier, the Dhimmis are imploding under the weight of their own vile stupidity - this is just another sad example. They are desperate now, like rats on a sinking ship.
GN - where did I use the word “awful”? Can’t take a little criticism, I see. Poor baby.
September 11th, 2008 at 4:14 amLaura,
You’re breaking my heart…
Like I said, those men you work with, where you’ve had to compete and work ten times as hard and be twice as smart just to stay even? Where in your self-professed genius that only you possess, you know how truly awesome you are? The job where you hold your head high humming Helen Reddy’s I AM WOMAN, HERE ME ROAR?
Today as the men walk by and smile without saying much?
Try and remember that in the back of their minds, their only thought when they turn their head is “WHAT A SHREW…”
September 11th, 2008 at 7:08 amwhoops, make that hear…I know the pedantic type I’m working with “here.”
September 11th, 2008 at 7:14 amWow. I’ve been called a “man-hater”, “bitch” and “shrew” by someone who, apparently, revels in seeing a miserable woman’s c*unt dissed and verbally dissected because she said one of the most phenomenally insulting things yet about Sarah Palin specifically (and indirectly about all women). All because I expressed my displeasure (and dismay) at the use of misogynistic insults to counter, well, a misogynistic insult.
Victor Davis Hanson has a great little article on Real Clear Politics distinguishing old-style feminism from the ravings of Gloria Steinham et al. It really is unfortunate that the left has attempted to take feminism for its own, and attached it to a particular ideology. Because there are plenty of women who don’t share their ideology but who still expect the right to “walk through any door” they are qualified to, something that has not always been the case. And it would be nice, civil even, if we could do that without being called a lot of names for it. It would be nice if women could be criticized on the same terms, and using the same language, that men are. But that seems to be far too much to ask in America. Or here.
I’m sorry I upset this apple cart because I’ve enjoyed being a member of this community for the past year or so, although I haven’t posted a lot. I sure never expected my remark to descend into a series of personal attacks on me.
I have a lot of respect for Pat’s work, and a deep and abiding respect for all the military men and women who put their lives on the line to keep us all safe. I grew up in a military family myself, so I have some sense of the sacrifices that their families make, too.
G-d keep you all.
September 11th, 2008 at 11:49 amIsn’t the above from the woman who called me a poor baby, explaining how I don’t get it? Now, when she gets her nose tweaked she has to abandon ship because I have made fun of her approach? Even if I admitted to agreeing to much of the legitimacy of her argument, but not her scolding, patronizing manner?
Who calls me misogynistic and yet the tone of her entire commentary sounds much like misandry?
I’m not going to bother to read all of the above but if our pious reader would reread the exchange, I believe she would find that I personally did not use the word “bitch.” The so called personal attacks were nothing more than me poking fun of her style.
