Armoured Russian vehicles leave Georgia’s Black Sea port of Poti meeting a deadline set by an agreed pullback deal in France.
But the Russians have made no commitment to withdraw their troops from South Ossetia and Abkhazia, two regions that Russia recognises as independent states.
