Ann uses her hatred for all things liberal (including civil liberties if you read some of her rantings) as a catch-all term for anything she hates.

Clooney does the same shit to conservatives, and you all call him out on it, rightly so. People like Ann Coulter do far more DAMAGE to the right than they help.
She doesn’t speak the truth. She vocalizes her emotions. Emotions most of us feel at times, but her reliance upon emotive responses is INCREDIBLY off-putting to any intelligent person of libertarian (like myself), moderate, or liberal backround.
All the does is solidify support for her most loyal of fans, while simultaneously driving away any chance of “conversion” from the “other side” and causing moderate conservatives to lose heart, and not bother to defend their position. Because they end up looking pretty fucking stupid when their champion is a raging ignorant bitch.
She tries to be extreme, but all she really does is satisfy the left’s impression of what right wingers are. Look at Michael Moore, and his reception with most democrats and liberals. (american ones, eurotrash folks still love him), many, if not most can’t STAND him. because he plays RIGHT into everything we HATE about the left, and stands up on his Soapbox-of-Lies*tm preaching garbage that makes us all go “yup, they’re retarded” while the rest of the left hangs their head in silent shame; loathe to defend that man because he’s a self-admitted liar, yet still behind many of his fundamental standpoints.
Michael Moore/Ann Coulter make smart people from their respective corners look like blathering, psychotic, extremist idiots to their opponents.
Probably the single most important lesson I learned in the Marines was this;
When you’re a leader, you’re speaking to far more people than just the ones you’re currently addressing yourself to.
Coulter/Moore undermine the credibility of their own belief system, and cause the “other half” to have good cause to be fearful and hateful of their political rivals. This accomplishes nothing, encourages nothing positive, and lays the foundation for civil war.
And don’t you laugh, look at Yugoslavia.
