May 30th, 2008 at 10:55 amAs an Albuquerque resident I have to say that APD generally doesn’t have these kind of issues … unlike our Sherrif’s Dept who seem to live for this type of confrontation (especially with the Unser family http://autoracingsport.com/uncategorized/al-and-bobby-unser-arrested-for-ignoring-deputies/)
All-in-all if a cop tells you to move on press or not you have to obey. If you don’t you’re subject to arrest.
Please note that the report was from KOB Channel 4 and it was their guy who got arrested so take the story with a grain of salt. Secondly, notice that all you saw was their feet and legs … the video is not conclusive of anything.
But that’s just my opinion..
