The first world war began with the Guns of August. The latest, WW III or IV if you count The Cold War, began with the Suicide Missiles of September. And it ain’t over yet, not by a long stretch. But we have been victorious thus far, despite incalculable setbacks. “The war is lost” they said. A congressman. Who should no much better. What really is a man’s motive - i mean think about it, really, REALLY could possibly motivate a man to make a statement of such finality that cares such fatality for the interests of his own people? What rational conclsion can be drawn about what would motivate someone to say that, something so apparently wrong that within months it was physically proven, when the only upside for such a person is that his party gains political advantage if it were true? And what conclusion do we draw about a man and a political party when they say it so often and so loudly, to an audience that includes their nation’s enemiess,,,just what conclusions do we draw about their character, their fitness to provide leadership, the veracity of anything they have to say to us again, when they would say what they did about the most serious concern a nation can face, a war, with the best of it’s young still t the battlefield, still paying the wages of war for us all?

First we hand them the Congress and Senate, and now we hand these very same people the executive office on top of it?

And why is a man who carries the second name Hussein, who makes the bizarre argument that his international background makes him better suited to protect America’s self-interests than if he had been raised only in America, the right man to lead a war against Muslims? Where will his instincts really lie, when and to what degree will he hesitate on key issues regarding this war? I don’t know that I would be the best CIC for a war on radical Catholics. Tough choices to be made. And why is a man who is at odds with the most successful military leader in the world since World War Two, David Petraeus, best suited to be Commander in Chief, during this war? What has Hussein done for America already? What was it again?

It would be good to win this war, this cultural, religious and military world war.

I see you walkin’ in
fear walkin’ by your side
see you walkin’ in
fear walkin’ by my side
followin’,
way up the mountain side
I hate to see, that evening sun go down
In the freezing rain
I move out of the town
might never see
sunrise east again
In your eternity
don’t forget I was your friend

When you see any gay-ass headlines on the site, like “Huffy-Puffy…” or “Pakistan Wants A Pony, Too!” those were posted by the chicks, don’t put that shit on me. Just check the byline, the part at the top or bottom where it says “Posted by…”. See, they’re not really gay-ass headlines, they’re woman headlines. Same thing, but different.

And on that note, Sgt. Welsh is back from his two weeks of field exercises this weekend, and will be rejoining us, including on Sunday’s notorious Jihadi Killer Hour.

Bash should be back full time next week as well, as he’s sick this week and under Dr.’s orders to stay away from the site and the stress of posting and dealing with Pat Dollard. So he is posting this week as you’ve seen, just not at the usual rate.

The Obama’s tried hard to be the next Brangelina….just why does this man want to be President, really? What is it really all about for him? As people without principles, modern leftists seem to stand for nothing but themselves.

5:03 A.M.

Poll: Hussein’s lead shrinks considerably in 3 key states.

5:18 A.M.

Remember this shit? She really said this shit:

barack-will-never.jpg

From Jim Geraghty At New Republiv Online, when it went down late February:

Last night I appeared on Hugh’s show, and his producer Duane mentioned a Michelle Obama speech at UCLA. Captain Ed talked about this a bit, but I hadn’t seen anyone transcribe the part of the speech where it gets a little… unnerving. It starts at about 8:41 in the audio.

Barack Obama will require you to work. He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism. That you put down your divisions. That you come out of your isolation, that you move out of your comfort zones. That you push yourselves to be better. And that you engage. Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual, uninvolved, uninformed.

I’m sorry, nowhere in the Constitution does it authorize the President of the United States to demand anyone shed their cynicism. And I’m all for people pushing themselves to be better, but I don’t think the President demanding it is the way to go about it.

And what if we kind of like our lives as usual? What about Americans’ freedom to be uninvolved and uninformed?

Darleen at Protein Wisdom transcribed what follows:

“You have to stay at the seat at the table of democracy with a man like Barack Obama not just on Tuesday but in a year from now, in four years from now, in eights years from now, you will have to be engaged.”

Ah. Apparently apathy will be criminalized, then?

Does anybody on the left side of the aisle find this rhetoric a little creepy? Isn’t this describing an authoritarian presidency way beyond anything George W. Bush has done or proposed?

Do the powers of the presidency really encompass everything Michelle says Obama wants and plans to do? Based on this rhetoric, isn’t he actually running for messiah?

7:51 A.M.

Too perfect.

8:41 A.M.

Chicago Tribune today:

Several black protesters interrupted a speech this morning by Sen. Barack Obama when he raised a sign that said “What about the black community, Obama.”

Several young African-American men standing behind Obama held the sign at the top of some bleachers in a high school gym in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Obama reminded the men that they were at a town hall-style meeting and would have a chance to speak.

“You can ask a question later,” he said. “Sit down.”

The rest of the audience started to chant, “Yes we can.”

After others in the audience tried to take the sign away, Obama pressed forward with his speech on economic matters. “Now where was I,” he asked, as he tried to regain his composure.

5:09 P.M.

Let’s face facts. McCain has done an awesome job of stealing the spotlight back from The One after his Black Bono Euro Tour De Fart last week. Most of the week has been “What the hell has McCain said or videotaped today?” But unlike Hussein, he didn’t use his control of the spotlight to shine it narcissistically on a phony public image of himself, but instead used it to expose the cockroach on the 3 A.M. kitchen floor that Hussein is.

6:51 P.M.

…and both the Smart-Ass Remark of the Week Award and the Cop of the Week Award go to…

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Lindsay Lohan said Friday that police have no business getting involved in her personal life, a day after the police chief explained that the paparazzi were no longer an issue—in part because the 22-year-old actress had evidently “gone gay.”

“Police, you shouldn’t get involved in everyone else’s business when it comes to their personal life. It’s inappropriate,”

The day before, Chief William Bratton said the paparazzi have become less of a problem thanks to Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Lohan leading more moderate lifestyles.

“If you notice, since Britney started wearing clothes and behaving; Paris is out of town not bothering anybody anymore, thank God, and evidently, Lindsay Lohan has gone gay, we don’t seem to have much of an issue,” he told KNBC-TV.

Bratton was speaking about his refusal to participate in a meeting held by elected officials Thursday that was called to discuss new laws to curb problem paparazzi.

He called Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine’s special session—which was attended by the likes of John Mayer, Eric Roberts and Milo Ventimiglia—”a complete waste of time.”

Yes it would be good to win this war. The critical war is for the future of this nation, for if that is lost then nothing else can be achieved. The biggest threat is the destruction of our nation’s founding principle of the individual freedom for the pursuit of life liberty and happiness in favor of collectivist/marxist philosophy.
The modern democrat party has been taken over by activist marxists, they now have the legislative branch, and if they get the executive branch they will quickly appoint activist judges to effectively take over the judicial branch. With that you will have effectively removed the system of checks and balances.

Sounds like a great idea. Why doesn’t Mr. & Mrs. Messiah try it out for themselves? They can come out of their comfort zones (ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and CNN) and go on FOX NEWS.

ANOTHER QUESTION - Why is no one running against Nancy Pelosi except Cindy Sheehem?

I asked this of an Iraq Veteran (his blog - http://scottfree2600.stumbleupon.com/) who lives in her district. I won’t post his answer because it was a private conversation. But he thinks Pelosi is useless, just like many of us do. But he also said she’s very powerful. He said a Republican didn’t have a chance in that nuthouse, not even a moderate.

Those that live in her district - I ask where are the conservatives? Are there not any to take up the challenge for our country?

Pat thanks for your response yesterday.I viewed the continued caring a veteran takes with them into society in the training. In that you learn to care and watch out for your unit, regardless of race, religion etc.You are taught to see each member as a part of the whole. When I went through basic in 1970 we worked as a team each watching out for the other. One slip by one member and the whole unit felt the wrath. It also taught me tolerance. There were some members of my unit that lacked and the rest were taught to pick up their slack and teach them their short comings.(no blanket parties)Without my military training I doubt if I would have had the patience to work 5 years in Social Services with the mentally retarded and elderly.
Anyway thanks again for your response I can only imagine how busy you are.

  21. Anderson S. Wise- VA (America, FUCK YEAH!!!)

On the current vulnerability of Hussein, I heard recently a theory that makes a lot of sense:

Hussein’s rocket to the top, like all others, inevitably leads to his abrupt downfall. It happens in almost every aspect of society, just look at the one hit wonders.

Another thing BHO has going against him is the polls; past trends usually have the Dem with a healthy lead over the Republican during the summer, yet Hussein isn’t pulling that off. He’ll probably get a “bounce” following the DNC, but I have serious doubts that momentum can be sustained into November.

Also heard polls indicate that the Youth electorate is becoming less enthusiastic, but that I’ll believe when I see it.

Of course, polls are only trustworthy to an extent.

All I know is now is not the time to become complacent, now is the time to fight the Dems!!!

  26. Chris in St. Pete

About Hussein in St. Petersburg, today.

That was Gibbs High School, near me. This is about 40 blocks from me and well into the crap part of town. At dawn today, in the rain, there were scuffles in line and the cops had to calm people down. They were lined up to get yellow tickets for general admission.

The ‘protesters’ were ‘Uhurus’, their name for themselves. They raise Hell every time a dark-skinned person gets shot. Two of those they were complaining about included a guy that ran a cop down with his car, before he was shot, and a kid that was firing his pistol off in the air the night of the 4th, then refused to drop his pistol after the cops arrived.

These were obviously clear cases of ‘The Country (Hussein) want(s) to lead attacking the African Community’. Or maybe they were local cops dealing an asshole running them down or another asshole firing a weapon in the air and refusing to drop his weapon.

These Uhurus are scum and Obama got what he deserves, because they were issued special, green tickets that gave them prime seats that were not general admission. You can check for yourselves at myfoxtampabay or there’s probably radio archive/transcripts at 970 WFLA; I wouldn’t expect much backstory from the St. Pete Times, as they lean pretty far left.

 Out on the town…Friday night

I am beginning to think I have an unnamed disorder.

Clinically it would be written as something like:

Delusional, patient believes there is a war going on that is a threat to freedom. Patient believes there are soldiers suffering at any given moment and is unnaturally driven to do something to help these non-exsisting soldiers.
Patient feels it is her duty as an American.
    Delusions worsen after reading a web-sight, patdollard.com.

Anybody out there have this? Is there medicine that will delete the delusion of a war going on?

I can not drink alcohol, it will kill me. HELP

  39. Chris in St. Pete

So, that’s 3 of us, just on this website.

I can access all I want with IE, except sites that have a rightward slant. I suspect somebody is messing around, maybe a little reaction against the Congressional revolt, today.

Everybody assumes people that lean right are technologically frozen if their WebTV crashes. We are not; I was using this stuff in grad school back in the late 70s, early 80s. It’s actually turned upside down, now. Back then, the idea was to take Defense technology and use it to share science articles.

Now, just try to access a scientific article. That’s why you and I paid to develop it and put it out there, but there are so many articles you can’t access. Just last week, I had to write a nice letter to a scientist to request a reprint, old-fashioned 1980s protocol. It’s a scam. I can’t access this guy’s article (so far), no matter how much it cost us to build this technology as a Country. Now, I have to subscribe to an obscure academic journal for $100s/year, just to access the article. Or get in my truck and drive into the Med library in the next county to photocopy a free copy.

That’s what the internet used to be; I could access scientific articles. These people are liars; you do not have access to public domain research, the reason we are paying for this. They just assume no one is paying attention.

Yeah, I’m pissed off that I have to go drive somewhere, unearth paper copies in a library, then sift. I remember, the internet was for sharing research that is being hidden, these days. All research is protected, now, and you can’t access it, even though we pay for it and it’s supposed to be open.

    Smell the fear?

  40. Chuck

It all happened around 6PM PST today. I was changing my password on Blog Talk Radio and things went down. Most rightward sites seem to be affected as Chris said, though many have not.

People having problems connecting to web sites.
If you have sitemeter and us Internet Explorer, they are not working together and will not allow
you to get into your blog. What it also means that I cannot read any blogs with sitemeters on them.
THIS is a HUGE problem in blogspot land right now.
    What you do is:
    go to blogspot.com
    log in
    get to your dashboard
    then layouts
    remove sitemeter….

THAT is the only reason my blog is working tonight….
hope this helps some of you
    This from LGF:
    1. Open menu item: Tools…Options
    2. Click “Security” tab
    3. Select “Restricted Sites”
    4. Click “Sites” button
    5. Under “Add this website to this zone”, enter “*.sitemeter.com” without the quotes
    6. Click “Add” button
    7. Close windows using “Close” or “OK”, not “Cancel”.
This is a wide spread problem that I have noted in comment sections of quite a few sites today.

It all happened around 6PM PST today. I was changing my password on Blog Talk Radio and things went down. Most rightward sites seem to be affected as Chris said, though many have not.

I take it your on the east coast? It was much earlier for me

People having problems connecting to web sites.
If you have sitemeter and us Internet Explorer, they are not working together and will not allow
you to get into your blog. What it also means that I cannot read any blogs with sitemeters on them.
THIS is a HUGE problem in blogspot land right now.
    What you do is:
    go to blogspot.com
    log in
    get to your dashboard
    then layouts
    remove sitemeter….

THAT is the only reason my blog is working tonight….
hope this helps some of you
    This from LGF:
    1. Open menu item: Tools…Options
    2. Click “Security” tab
    3. Select “Restricted Sites”
    4. Click “Sites” button
    5. Under “Add this website to this zone”, enter “*.sitemeter.com” without the quotes
    6. Click “Add” button
    7. Close windows using “Close” or “OK”, not “Cancel”.
This is a wide spread problem that I have noted in comment sections of quite a few sites today.

    Jesus H.!

Did Pelosi flip this switch too???

Can’t wait to hear what the fuck this was all about.

    BTW, I’m just glad it ain’t MY computer, as I originally thought {phewww!}

All I was sayin’ is that you ladies are ladies.

We got to work on your pick up lines

  56. drillanwr (Free Ramos and Compean ... Then Drill The Fuck Out Of Pelosi's Vineyards)

    Yeah, Pat

We intellectual ‘ladies’ over 20 just aren’t as ‘easy’ as the ones under 20 …

Besides, T-Bagg and Kurt will tell you I might be a “lady”, but I’m a dirty lady …

  57. TBinSTL (just typical)

I’ve been checking around and it seems to all revolve around Sitemeter. I can get into FreeRepublic unlike some of you though. I’m posting this in Firefox, I’ve always had it for checking webpage formats and such so it’s no big deal to me.

  58. Kurt(the infidel)

    A dirty dirty lady!

Thanks for the tip, Mike, but I couldn’t make the show. I don’t even know what the frickin’ VS. Channel is, though I suspect I might.

    Obsessed with drilling as always.

Oh and Re: to the militia talk.

Im all in so lets form a posse. a big Republican gun-toting posse.

i was drinking a little bit ago but dont let that deter you from believing my seriousness. oh and i was watching the quick and the dead and i think sanctioned gun fights are the only true way to settle some disputes. lets bring back the wild west, and make one rule be that if someone challenges you then you cant turn them down. it will be draw or just stand there and get shot.

  62. Anderson S. Wise- VA (America, FUCK YEAH!!!)

Miller Lite doesn’t have the alcohol content to get me drunk when hitting up the local bars. I do love college town bars, because they’re affordable when compared to home. If Sam Adams wants to become the predominant American brewer, please do! We need cheap, American beer in large quantities!

As for the militia, don’t recruit me; almost 160 years ago, my family picked the wrong side in the Civil War. Thus, my family has a dubious reputation for association with militias. 23 of my ancestors ended up fighting the Union. Most significantly, my Great-Great-Great Grandfather, Henry Alexander Wise was a CSA BG. Then there was my Great-Great Grandfather, John Sergeant Wise, who was a VMI Keydet at the Battle of New Market. God I love history, even when my family is on the wrong side of it. Damn Yankees!

  63. Word-Drum

I’ve been trying for an hour to get in here (IE). Thank God it’s working now. I was jonesing bad. (Just what I need, another addiction).

Our site TMQ2 is working but I have to keep logging in.
